Tasha L. Toye is a licensed beauty industry professional at Toye's Hair and Nails Salon in Waukegan, IL. With over two decades of experience, Tasha is passionate about providing services to those in need and has extensive expertise in all areas of cosmetology and cosmetology education.

Graduating with honors from Pivot Point Academy, Tasha accumulated a total of 2,000 hours of knowledge and experience. Her expertise spans brain-compatible teaching methods, learner engagement, interactive teaching techniques, course development, lesson planning, classroom management, assessing learner progress, platform instruction, and workshop demonstrations.

In her multicultural salon, Tasha offers a wide range of services, including chemical treatments, hair design, haircuts, braiding, nail care, hair extensions, wig creation, natural hair care, bridal and formal services, makeup artistry, eyebrow shaping, waxing, eyelash applications, and skin care.

Recently, Tasha has been involved in educating other industry professionals through continuing education and assisting beauty product companies in the past. In addition to offering a wide range of beauty salon services, she volunteers at local beauty events in her community. She also participated in many hair shows, hair competitions, and vendor events.

Tasha also provides cosmetology continuing education programs designed to meet Illinois state requirements for license renewal or reinstatement. Her mission is to empower and inspire others, ensuring that the information she shares is retained for future use. This approach helps others achieve and maintain success in their careers.​
